Wanda, Spot on.  The reason our business is growing is because we've invested the time to develop expertise, to be highly visible on web searches, and then having the skill set to carry it through and gain clients and finish the buy or sell help they need.  It's not an accident at all.

Good morning, Wanda -- being successful in real estate does not involve gambling, careless risk taking or any sleight of hand trickery.  

Every once in a while you'll get in to a "in the right place at the right time" scenario but that's certainly not the norm. Being an agent is hard work and you need to pound the pavement each and every day to be successful. 

I does kind of take a bulldog. That is why the failure rate is so high for new agents.

Wanda no matter how many times we say - real estate is a business - run it like it's a 'real' business there are some that get it and others run with their 'luck'. I know many agents that have come and gone over the years - not that many are able to sustain a long term successful business.

I find the harder I work the luckier I get in life.

Good morning Wanda.  While I won't come out and say there is not some luck involved, if there is it is so far and few in-between.  Hard work is the result IMHO of getting the business, no luck involved
