Properly Using Facebook to Get Leads Daily by Robin Standard

I've learned alot since I started real estate last year.  Previously I was a starving business owner, so I learned the value of educating yourself on proper marketting.  So...I want to share.  I've learned that I can post links all day on my Facebook page and get NOTHING!  However, posting on other sites on Facebook get me AWESOME results!  So...First, you need to make sure that you have a link to post that will capture the leads.  Mine is Website If you do not have this then I suggest Signing up for Real Bird here RealBird Website it is FREE! However you are only allowed to add two listings on there for free, after that its $99 a year!  So, once you have a link to post that will capture the leads info. search on Facebook in groups for real estate for sale in your area.  Real Estate Group Example Click Join on the groups that are in your area. Once you are accepted add a item for sale,  you put in price, title, and then for description I type in my link, it pulls up a pic of the property automatically.  Post Example I generate 3-10 leads a day doing this.  I have about 20 groups I am a member of.  Now...if there is not a real estate for sale group in your area then guess what? You need to add and manage one and watch the leads flow to you!  You can become the expert in your area.  There are also groups for rentals.  These are great! You can post a rental link from your MLS and then when the lead comes to you covert away by helping them become qualified to buy!

Hope this helps!  I will share as I learn!
