Okay not to worry any more because here at Southern Lending we always answer the phones here. Who gets tired of calling there loan officer on the weekend and he or she never calls... Here is my cell number just try me see if I don't answer right know.832-512-6418..... My Agents say to me we don't even leave you a message becuase you call us right back!!!!

I am calling you right now at 11:47 pm to see if you answer. If you do I have a client for you with a 512 credit score. Can you close her? :-) I'm not really going to call now...maybe Monday though.

I can see if the system will take a 512 but do they have collections in the past 12 months. or even 24 months. I'm working with a client that has a 540 credit score and it took it with 3% down payment. so it just depends we have to run it through the system. Yea call me any time I'm ready to help you get your clients approved...
