It is my professional opinion that Bakers Bay Condos are very desirable . Prices have increased in this gated waterfront community quicker then other condo communities in the area . There are still some short sales looming in the community from days gone by .
As I have said many times sellers test the market.Why not if you wish but if in a desirable waterfront gated community like Bakers Bay your unit is not selling and it is getting showings perhaps you are overpriced .
If you need information the staff at Bakers Bay is always willing to help . They go out of their way to help agents when asked and treat the residents like family . My calls and questions have always been answered .
Bakers Bay is also a gated community with 24 hour guard on duty . The maintenance men are fantastic They know this development like the back of their hands . They are friendly , efficient and really know their stuff . The grounds are meticulously maintained . They always look perfect and beautiful. Four Season does a wonderful job and changes the landscape to match the season .
Take a walk down by the River the beautiful deck and the views of the river are sure to enchant you .Spring is in the air and the boats will be in the water soon . Bring a chair and sit on the little beach if you choose . Do not think of swimming as many a skilled swimmer has drowned in these waters . There is an Indoor Pool to swim in and a Jacuzzi too .
Finding something to do at Bakers Bay will not be a problem if that is your desire . There are trips that are planned , bowling ,Ping Pong leagues,exercise at the gym ,tennis so many things I could not list them all .
Condo living is not for everyone . It is an easy carefree style of living
