Cape Coral Florida Golf Course and Waterfront Homes
Gulf Coast Realty Network, Inc. - Cape Coral, FL
Good information and well organized.  It strikes me that our demographics are very similar to Cape Coral, Florida.  The Cape is 110 square miles, but has only 150,000 people.  thanks for the information!

I love Florida, originally from Michigan so visited quite often. Tampa Florida cracks me up, 100 yr olds doing 80 on side streets!

People think Palm Desert is mostly retirees, but as you see the median age is 48. Demograhics in the desert have really changed. When I first moved here in 2001 it was a ghost town in the summers, in this short period of time, it has become much less seasonal.

We have the same weather as Arizona, but they have been stealing a lot of Canadian golf residents recently.

Thanks for the post!

Sue,

Nice post, good information.

You think it was a ghost town in 2001, I moved here in 1981. I used to be able to drive down Fred Warring when it was only two lanes 3 stops from Palm Desert to Indio and make it in ten minutes. Almost everything closed for 3-4 months, There are still a few hold outs like Ciro's and Alberto's  that close for summer but the desert is truly a year around community now.

Happy selling,

Scott Murdock
