HomeBuying Process from Start to Close:
Step 1 - Contact the Steve and Venus Team! (your Realtor)
Step 2 - Contact Michelle Merritt at Envoy Mortgage! (your Loan Officer)
Step 3 - Complete your loan application and gather all of the requested documents.
Step 4 - Meet with Michelle to discuss your loan options and deliver loan documents.
Step 5 - Receive your loan pre-approval letter.
Step 6 - Start your search with the Steve and Venus Team to find your new home!
Step 7 - Contact Michelle (loan officer) once you’ve accepted the contract.
Step 8 - Schedule and complete a house inspection.
Step 9 - Order Title Commitment Appraisal and Flood Certification.
Step 10 - Obtain homeowners insurance!
Step 11 - Michelle will update you on the appraisal.
Step 12 - Upon underwriter review, additional items may be requested.
Step 13 - Your 3-day pre-closing confirmation!!!
