What autoresponder is best?

Hi Kathy, as far as Autoresponders I personally like and have used for several years Aweber. It's pretty simple to use and has all the bells and whistles. Not to bad either. I think the first month is $1.00 then $19.00 per month up to 500 subscribers. After 500 subscribers the cost is $29,00 per month. You can also take a look at MailChimp. I think you can use HTML in MailChimp as well. Hope this helps!

You could also set up a specific or multiple specific e-mail addresses in G-mail and embed hyperlinks and photos into their auto-responder. This way, you could have different accounts for different property types & areas. Plus, it would be easy to track your marketing results since each campaign would have a different e-mail address. Easy to update too.
