I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. there are currently 19 homes for sale. 4 homes new to the market 1 traditional sale condos, 2 traditional sale town homes &1 traditional sale detached homes . 4 homes received a contract; 1 traditional sale condos & 3 traditional sale town homes. 0 homes were reported sold. There are 0 homes coming soon. I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
