George- I agree, I keep telling them (originators and processors) that asking me isolated underwriting questions does not compare to the training they can get with this one course.  It's a great investment and you'll make the fee back  3 times over on the first loan! I can't remember the active rain members name but she did a blog about 2 months ago about how good FHA was looking now.  I'm going to look it up and get back with you.  The comparisons were great.
