As I drove around in the region with clients, I noticed that there are less and less available land within city limits for multifamily and single family developments. Lands bought are quickly launching the process as if the planning have been done long before acquiring the land.
This is what happened with this land I posted about just a few weeks earlier. Escrow will be closing shortly and planning and parceling should start as early as September.
I am keeping an eye on it as it is located in a very favorable location and as soon as they start breaking ground, it is expected to sell fast. Especially when they complete the Southeast Connector that leads traffic through from Sparks, NV all the way down to South Reno in to Mt. Rose Hwy that takes you up to Lake Tahoe. A nice big road with at least three lanes in both directions.
