Coconut Grove is evolving into a community with national exposure with increasing luxury projects starting here and new restaurants popping up daily. But before all the buzz, the community was more of a hidden gem which I identified as a high value community as a buyer for myself and a real estate professional. The charming Key West bungalow in South Grove had me hooked, I would later go on to sell it a few different times and the home remains among my favorite transactions. Today I’m a mom of 4 and we are settled in a little street very close to my children’s schools so we can walk there, and virtually anywhere in the Grove.
