We’re heading into a new month so I’m eager to catch you up on JPG sales successes to date in 2016.
Check out some recent closed and pending sales in 2016! The first was a South Miami gem at 6475 SW 83rd St. Updated in 2004, this one-story residence with split floor plan appealed to families and businesses. The large property has a separate guest cottage with bathroom and room for a pool. The benefit of a move in ready or new construction plot was on display which made for a smooth transaction. I also sold 3064 Blaine St. which is a beautiful new townhouse in the private Cocobreeze development within North Grove. The new construction with one car garage and prime location was quick to sell with my expertise as top townhouse sale producer. The next sale is within The Setting, the starchitect designed enclave in South Miami. Indigo House at 6490 SW 84th St. has all modern features and a commitment to celebrating the South Florida environment with indoor-outdoor flow. Listed for $1,899,000, this four bedroom estate was just recently completed and ready for brand new owners. And finally, 1041 Catalonia Ave. in Coral Gables charmed with the Biltmore adjacent location and significant Colonial architecture with recently designed front portico. A recently designed addition on the second floor added dimension with vaulted ceilings and the private backyard area is perfect for entertaining with beautiful pool and landscaping.
I currently have 7 pending sales as well. The first is a stylish 4 bedroom with lush landscaping in booming Pinecrest at 12600 SW 68 Court. Next one is found in The Setting. Forest House at 6485 Snapper Creek Drive is another new construction contemporary with wow factor by Roney Mateu. I’m proud to have been part of every sale in that new development thus far. Another pending sale in South Miami can be found at 7510 SW 63 Court and is an adorable South Miami renovated home with prime location and condition. The final 4 are all in Coconut Grove, the luxury community where I live and work! I have pended a sale in the iconic Grove Towers at 2843 S. Bayshore Drive, 3900 Loquat Avenue which is a major property comprised of 3 platted lots by ironic architect Mark Hampton, 3266 Virginia Street in Ipanema Villas (a townhouse community where I am the top, record breaking sales agent by far), and 3174 Virginia Street which is a corner Villa in the boutique community of Orange Grove.
