One way to design a postcard that stands out is to use vibrant colors, interesting fonts or striking images. The postcard above not only makes the most of a unique image to nab the attention of potential clients, but implements a strong white/red color contrast with a clever headline. Creative. Compelling. Potential clients can’t act if they don’t know anything about you. Information is vital. Did you just list a home? Did you just sell a home? What kind of properties do you specialize in? In the world of real estate, brand consistency not only conveys stability to potential clients, but provides a foundation from which to build a larger marketing strategy. Do you have a catchy saying you like to use? Certain colors? A logo? Indeed, there are countless ways to create and sustain a brand. Sometimes it depends on your target audience. Other times it depends on your company. Whatever the case may be, always strive to be creative and remain consistent. There is no better way to spread the word about a listing than postcards.   I've used Expresscopy for years.  Their postcards always look great and their turnaround time is often a day or less.

Some great tips!  I use postcard mailings in addition to internet marketing.  It reaches out to some that aren't tecch savy or do not use internet at all.

Your post caught me at exactly the right time. I just did a mailing of cards of my own design. I spent a lot of time making address labels and sticking them on the cards along with 34 cent stamps.

I spent a lot of time doing an extensive market analysis and I want to feature my charts and my summaries on the card.  I want to communicate that I am the community expert in a very competitive neighborhood. I have no photos of homes. I do want to work in a picture of my dog. Many people remember me because of my dog, Beau.
