Home sales in Old Town have been very good so far in 2016 - there have been 30 sales, ranging in price from a low of $265,000 to a high of $780,000, with a median price of $413,250 and an average price of $430,723. Market performance was very good as well, with an average days to offer of 27 days and an average days on market of 61 days. These 30 homes sold for an average of 100.0% of list price, indicating strong buyer interest and a seller's market. Because of Old Town's popularity with buyers, homes in the area sell for a premium over similar homes elsewhere in the city.

Hi Dick -- I always look forward to this report as Old Town Fort Collins has a lot of appeal even though I have not been there.  Yet.   Your knowledge of the area and ability to communicate that information makes you the smart choice for buyers and sellers in this neighborhood and anywhere you practice in Northern Colorado.

Sometimes I just drool when I look at market reports from other markets. We're still over saturated in listings and stagnant in price.
