The Santa Maria and Lompoc Valleys are still in the throes of foreclosure and REO activity, although the existing inventory is moving better, per our Realtors here.

We are making headway from our end, to become approved vendors and we're having some success..yeay! We can continue to "hold hands" and do our part through this market period.
We want to remind you-local title and escrow companies feature posted title rates that are deeply discounted!! And wouldn't it be great to get your commission check the same day you close escrow?? Or even be able to communicate with your escrow officer whenever you need them??
