There are good schools in the area including Sandia High School (search Sandia High School Homes for Sale).

Many people think that older homes were not only better built, but that they have more character too. I guess that's a matter of opinion. But one thing's for sure, older homes are rarely located in neighborhoods that have homeowners associations. That's the case for this lovely Mossman home.
