I have an abundance of buyers who want to buy land in Delaware or on the Eastern Shore of Maryland or on the Eastern Shore of Virginia to build poultry (chicken) houses. Most buyers are looking for 20 or more acres. Many are willing to buy an existing chicken farm or one where there are existing chicken houses and room to build more.
