San Diego Top 10 High Rise Condos
Here's a list of my top 10 Downtown San Diego luxury highrise building picks.. These top 10, or so, high rises Downtown San Diego are, for the most part, found on a waterfront location, with just a few exceptions.
COLUMBIA DISTRICT HIGH RISES DOWNTOWN SAN DIEGO
- BAYSIDE- Bayside, located at 1325 Pacific Highway, is the newest building completed downtown San Diego, by BOSA DEVELOPMENT. - THE GRANDE- The Grande, located at 1205 & 1199 Pacific Highway, has two towers, The Grande North, and The Grande South. Both of these are almost technically waterfront location, its not directly waterfront, but there are no other high rises that block the amazing sunsets you will get on west and south west facing exposures, from the 8th-10 floor, on up. - ELECTRA- Electra, located at 700 W. Street, is an awesome luxury high rise building downtown also built by Bosa, which is, going to be, directly behind the new PACIFIC GATE Luxury High Rise Tower under way Downtown San Diego. - Saphire Tower- Saphire Tower, located at 1262 Kettner, is a newer building with modern finishes and luxury appointments, but I don't think it fits into the top 10 buildings, however. Other buildings in this district include: Marina Park Downtown San Diego, Park Row Townhouses Downtown San Diego, Treo Downtown San Diego.
MARINA DISTRICT HIGH RISE CONDOMINIUMS & HIGH RISES DOWNTOWN SAN DIEGO
I'd say the Marina District is one of the more popular location for living in Downtown San Diego. I love showing homes in this part of Downtown San Diego, because we can park just once, then walk to these various High Rise Condos, all just a few minute walk from each other.
- HARBOR CLUB- Harbor Club, located at 100 & 200 Harbor Drive, is one of the iconic buildings that defines the San Diego skyline and waterfront location for Downtown San Diego High Rises. Consisting of two separate towers, Harbor Club offers its residents sophisticated lifestyle and incredible amenities, services and privacy. Harbor Club says it all with its name. If you live in Harbor Club Downtown San Diego, then you're "in the club" most likely having a condo, or penthouse overlooking the Harbor and huge water views overlooking San Diego's money shot views, where you get a 180 degree view of the Sunrise and Sunsets, if in a south facing unit. - PARK PLACE- Park Place, located at 700 W. Harbor, & G St. & Kettner, offers one of the best locations for Downtown San Diego Real Estate. Just a few minute walk to Seaport Village and all the best restaurants and lifestyles that San Diego has to offer. Park Place is the very white buillding. It has awesome amenities, was recently remodeled inside, and it has a few guest rooms / suites you can reserve for your guests, a pretty special feature for Downtown San Diego Real Estate. HORTON PLAZA & GASLAMP CONDOS IN DOWNTOWN
- THE MERIDIAN- The Meridian is located at 700 Front Street, and is one of Downtown San Diego's most affluent and stylish buildings. If you want something that has a custom and contemporary vibe, and you want it LARGE and YOU WANT FULL CONCIERGE TYPE SERVICE, then The Meridian is for you. The Meridian has one of the cooler buildings Downtown San Diego and some of the largest condos Downtown San Diego, with some over 5000 sq ft.
