2016 Spring Parade of Homes
The 2016 Parade of Homes in the Gainesville FL area starts this weekend!
The 56th Annual Spring Parade of Homes is open to the public over the next two weekends. This annual spring event in Gainesville and surrounding communities is a great way to get out & about and see what the builders in North Central Florida are doing. There are builder models located at various communities.

Come on out and see the new model homes, new neighborhoods under construction! It’s a great way to see what’s new in design, furnishings, styles, and decorating too. With great weather predicted, it will be a nice weekend to tour the Spring Parade of Homes.
