March Condo Sales & Prices

Condo sales around the greater Daytona Beach area in March were fairly flat compared to the same month last year. Prices also stayed flat. Low inventory levels are likely to blame as market demand continues to exceed the availability of homes and condos meeting the current buyer pool's needs.
