HAS ANYONE BEEN SHOPPED LATELY BY FREC?

Just curious.... its been awhile since I have been shopped. I was shopped in South Florida but since I have been here in Central Florida, I have not.

I probably will now since I posted this!!

Patricia - I'm taking my broker's licensing class, and the instructor is giving us a heads up that with a new Commission in place, new attorney, new faces all the way around, that this new group will be much more hands on than the prior faces....

I would assume that things are tightening up............... I HOPE SO .... THINGS HAVE BEEN WAY TO RELAXED.

You must dot your I's and cross every "T" to avoid getting suied. They are watching for RESPA violations too!!

Wonder why we don't get those monthly letters anymore with all the agent and broker violations????? I used to check it to see if I knew anyone on the list!
