Mill Valley is located in Marysville, OH located of St Rt 31 and is just outside of town on the West side of St Rt 31. It has 2 elementary schools and 1 intermediate school within its borders. The elementary schools are Mill Valley and Northwood. The intermediate school is Creekveiw, named after an Indian tribe here.
There is still new construction and the builder is Pulte Homes. The original builders were MI Homes, Dominion and Arlington Homes. The neighborhood started in 1990. There are around 650 homes, which makes it by far the biggest neighborhood in Marysville. All other subdivisions pale in size.
There is a McDonald's , a Turkey Hill gas statin and several other places of business along with a sports bar named Lucky's in a strip mall at the edge of the neighborhood. Burger King is building a new restaurant due to be completed by the end of 2016.
Last year Mill Valley had 119 homes sold with an average price of $219,000. Most of the homes were resales with 39 new builds sold by Pulte.
