The City of Rolling Hills ( area 166 in map below ) had the following real estate market activity for single family residences during the 1st Quarter of 2016:
Properties Sold: 4 ( Compared to 8 sales in the comparable quarter last year ). 3 propeties are in escrow at the end of March.
Average Sales Price during the 1st Quarter 2016: $3.5 million, the same as the prior years comparable quarter.
Average List Price at 3/31/2016: $6.7 million
Properties for Sale as of 3/31/2016: 20 ( 20 months inventory based on average sales during the 1st quarter of 1 homes sold per month)
Average Price per Sq. Ft. for Properties Sold during 1st Qtr: $889 per sq. ft. Because of the small number of sales, the price per sq. ft. of homes sold varies widely
Properties sold at an average of 98% of List Price
