Today I received a text message from a young couple I had recently sold a house to . They asked me why I had not stopped by their house yet . I was really touched . To be honest I did owe them a visit . I had a horrid sinus infection and fever the day of their settlement. I promised them I would stop by to see them. I felt awful that day and went home to rest . I started to feel better the following week .
I took one of my eight hour continuing education classes. We are lucky our office has our own class and one of our agents teaches it at a local Country Club It is a nice day full of camaraderie and we get to discuss several topics listen to suggestions and inter act . We have a continental breakfast and a really nice lunch .
At my table two agents were not feeling well and came down with the flu . The truth was I went back to work to soon and my resistance was really low . Yes you guessed it . Shortly after the class I came down with a fever . When I went to my doctor she said I was not going to like it but down time was going to be 10 -14 days . I did show a few condos to clients while I was sick but when I came home I got in my PJ's and slept until the next night. Sleeping was not a problem . Sleep was what my body wanted . It took awhile to get back to myself . Just as the doctor said 14 days Plus we are now in allergy season . Cobwebs in the head are now clearing . Things are back to normal . Time was lost all is healed . Spring pollen makes my nose and eyes run but I feel good . My energy is back
Knowing people appreciate you and what you do for them even recharge you more . It makes you feel special .We are all human an stuff happens
These buyers have a way of making me feel special . This text was just what I needed .It put a big smile on my face
When I stop to see them I am going to stop and bring something to make them feel special too . I do have a gift card for them but I am thinking of stopping and bringing them some flowers too ! I was going to give them a bottle of wine but they do not drink .
