I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. there are currently 13 homes for sale. 4 homes new to the market 1 traditional sale condos, 2 traditional sale town homes & 1 traditional sale detached homes . 7 homes received a contract; 4 traditional sale town homes & 3 traditional sale detached homes. 1 homes were reported sold; 1 traditional sale town homes. There are 0 homes coming soon. I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
