Oy Vey! Oh yes, it has been that kind of two weeks. I was thinking how very much I needed words of encouragement and "Oh Vey" kept coming to mind. I kept thinking only my Active Rain brothers and sisters would understand.
Yet, Oy Vey, still persistently repeated itself. Then I wondered what Oh Vey really meant. I know it is a Jewish word, as that is what my Jewish friends tell me. So, upon looking it up it really is two very old Jewish words both Oy and Vey meaning WOE.
Hopefully, my next two weeks will be happy and prosperous.
