Having Sex in Empty Commercial Building

A year or more ago our company was purchasing a building and a room full of agents were told to go and check out this building and then we were were coming back in a week to vote needing a majority vote to proceed to purchase the building.

It was in a shady parking lot at the edge so not too much traffic. I noticed several cars in the parking lot but just thought they were inside or nearby at one of the other buildings. Another agent and I went in as we had been given the combo code. Empty suites are usually very quiet and we walked around and opened the doors as we went. We get to this one door and it is LOCKED. Well, who knows why as it could have all the internet equipment or possessions that had not be removed yet. It was dark except for light from the windows but I really didn't think anyone was there.

Another couple of agents arrived and we all started walking through the building again and then we heard a door slam and then another door slam and the second one sounded like an outside door? Scary when you presume you are alone except for us 4 girls. 

I ran to the front door immediately and see an older man leaving the building tucking in his shirt and jumping into a car. A cheap looking gal was getting in her car and talking on her phone along the way. They both drove off fast in the same direction? 

I went back in and that locked door was now OPEN and guess what was inside? An old beat up couch and we all laughed. But the truth is this is really terrible and scary as how many times do we go to places alone assuming a building with a lock box is secure. 

I was pretty sure I knew who it was and he was a commercial agent and maybe he had a key so he didn't have to use the key-box. I didn't recognize the woman or her car but how sleezy is this??

We all went back and reported it to the local Board of Realtors but no way to prove who it was. Unfortunately I had left my phone in the car so no pictures taken. 

Reading post this afternoon by Kathleen Daniels Agent Loses License made me think how I wished this guy had gotten caught also and reprimanded.

I believe that this was not his first rodeo and one of these days he will get caught with his pants down...way down!
