There are fun projects, tough projects and sometimes you get the chance to work on both. I love tought projects.

 

This property was purchased by an investor to renovate and I was lucky enough to be able to work on it. The layout was quirky to say the least so a few doorways and walls needed to be moved but in the end it turned out great.

 

I picked out flooring, lighting, cabinets, counter tops, vanities, and paint besides moving walls and doors. FUN! This modest home is new and improved and ready for a new owner.

It's very important for sellers to realize that the preparation before listing is extremely important and staging is well worth the effort. Your before and after photos are remarkable. Well done!

Jeesh, ya think that paneling was the problem? It was everywhere. Great job on the reno & the staging. I'd call these 'worst & after' photos.
