Sold : 2 BR 2 Bath unit 1022 sq ft for $135,000 2nd floor unit six days on market
It is my professional opinion we are once again seeing a boom in the condo market . It does not mean we are seeing a boom in pricing . Price it right and you have a sale . Price it too high and you will sit on it . There is definitely an increase in value from last year . As I have predicted the condo market is slowly coming back . The more updated the interior the better the pricing . Let us not forget these condos were built in the seventies . Without updated kitchen and bathrooms you will see lower pricing . I have seen some really nice updated units . The same goes for heating and air .
The grounds at Delaire Landing are beyond beautiful if you take a walk down by the river it is breathtaking . You will wonder where you are . It is quite enchanting . There are trees that are centuries old . Soon the weather will be changing and the boats will be out at this beautiful waterfront property
Taking a walk down by the river at Delaire Landing is quite an adventure . There is an observation deck where you may sit and watch the beauty of nature .I have heard it said it holds the charms of European Cities
You will hear many a resident say Delaire Landing is the place to live . There must be something to this saying I hear everyone say it .
