The number of homes sold was up 3% from a year ago, and the 12 month moving average sale price remained about the same as last year at $501,652. And the number of homes on the market is 3,699 with the days on market at 104, 6% less than last year. All told, the Scottsdale, AZ housing market is stable at this time and continues to gain strength month after month.

Avg. price per sq. ft. (Solds): $211.19 (Up 5% Mar. '15)
Avg. Days on Market (Solds): 104 (Down 6% from Mar. '15)
