Sales

Tarrytown Single Family Home sales in March were 6, unchanged from the same month last year. This is the highest unit sales have been since 14 in August, 2015. Sales/list price ratio in March moved up to 99.1% from 93.8% in February.

Prices

Median price in March was $635,000. This is up 49.4% from $425,000 in March of 2015. 3-month median price of $700,000 in March was up just slightly from $680,000 in February and up considerably from $507,500 in March of 2015. Price per square foot in March was $345. This is down from $346 in February but up from $277 in March of 2015.

Inventory

Inventory in March was 19, unchanged from the same month last year. New listings of 10 in March were way up from 4 in February and up moderately from 8 in March of 2015. Months of supply of 3.6 in March was up considerably from 2.8 in February but down slightly from 4.1 in March of 2015.

Market Time

Days on market of 114 in March was down substantially from 252 in February but up considerably from 56 in March of 2015.
