The 13th Annual Equality Virginia Commonwealth Dinner was quite a success as the fundraising goal of $25,000 was exceeded by more than $5,000!
I am so happy to be surrounded by such a diverse and amazing group of people through my work as a Realtor. It was encouraging to see so much support from our many public representatives that were in attendance and it was a hilarious pleasure to hear Carol Leifer, the keynote speaker. An acclaimed comedy writer for shows like Seinfeld and Saturday Night Live, she definitely got the crowd rolling!
All in all, it was a wonderful and successful evening. Getting involved in your community can be a great way to meet all kinds of people and who knows, maybe you’ll get to work with them one day!
