The North Idaho College Foundation is once again offering a brand new home as the grand prize in their Really BIG Raffle 2016.
Try your luck for a chance to win a brand new
$270,000 park-front home as well as a $20,000 car,
$10,000 boat, $3,500 vacation package
and $2,000 shopping spree.
This marks the 23rd year of NIC’s largest annual fundraiser, which is a collaboration between the NIC Foundation and the NIC Carpentry program. It's not too soon to buy your tickets for $100. Ticket sales are limited to 5,500 and they always sell out.
This year’s grand prize home is a single-level three-bedroom, two-bath home with an oversized garage. Set on a ¼-acre lot overlooking Syringa Park, the location is a crowd favorite. It will be loaded with upgrades and eco-friendly materials.
The home is currently under construction at
3142 Bunchgrass Drive in Post Falls.
The NIC Foundation s a non-profit charitable corporation founded in 1977 to encourage private support for the academic mission of North Idaho College. All proceeds from the Really BIG Raffle stay at North Idaho College. Proceeds are used for a wide variety of needs, including funding scholarships for students in need, upgrading technology equipment on campus, and capital improvements.
North Idaho College has one of the areas most respected Carpentry Programs. Support of the raffle from the community provides the funding for this program to continue. The carpentry students are responsible for all of the carpentry work on the raffle home. Other construction work such as plumbing, drywall, and heating is subcontracted out to local businesses or donated to the project.
