South Riding Mid Week Update 4/16/2016 - 4/20/2016

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. there are currently 37 homes for sale. 3 homes new to the market; 1 traditional sale condos, 1 traditional sale town homes & 1 traditional sale detached homes. 8 homes received a contract; 1 traditional sale condos, 4 traditional sale town homes & 3 traditional sale detached homes. 2 homes were reported sold; 1 traditional sale condos & 1 bank owned sale detached homes. There are 4 homes coming soon. I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
