Today, while checking my daily updates on the Triangle MLS, I decided to do a little research and have a little fun.

There are currently 8.057 homes available for purchase here in the Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex area of North Carolina.

Well seems as though you are selling your summer home in that first photo.  Does the house in that second photo have indoor plumbing?

That's quite a contrast!    However,  I don't think you could figure out the price of the average home for sale by taking the average of the highest and the lowest  ..

Dianne Goode - No. No you can not get the average price of a home in the area like that! But, I do agree there's quite a contrast in prices here. Something for everyone.
