The number of active homes for sale and those under contract remain fairly consistent for the 2 neighborhoods from February to March. Here is an interesting note: the lowest priced home closed for $315,000 and the highest sale was $725,000. A meager $400,000 swing from basically lot value to a fully remodeled and expanded home. There were 7 properties that closed over the $500,000 mark.
