Did you know you can clean with olive oil?

Mix 1/2 cup olive oil with 2 tablespoons of baking soda. Make a paste with the mixture and use a dry cloth to remove spots from matte or brushed finished fixtures.

One cup olive oil and 1/2 cup lemon juice.

Whisk olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl. Pour into a spray bottle and spritz it on dull wood furniture, wipe clean with a dry cloth.

Mix together in a bowl 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1/4 cup white vinegar, 1 teaspoon water.

Wet a cloth with the solution, wring it out and use it to wipe down dusty furniture.

Sussie, it makes sense that it would be good for the furniture since it is natural.

William, I know, that is why I blogged about this one, that way I can go look it up if I ever decide to use olive oil for cleaning.
