Thanks Ron.   It has a been a labor of love for the last 18 months or so.   Finding a lot, picking a builder, doing a custom design and then picking out each and every finish!   Lots of sweat equity.  Beautiful location on an island that has tremendous potential.  Close to everything, yet quiet and pristine beaches.  We will offer a 3% full referral fee.  It would be a great investment property as well.  

A similar home was built by the same builder on the island and they are offering it for $ 10,000 / MO during our season from Nov-May  and $ 6,500 during the slow season.
