The Weight . . . . of Your Habits
“Chains of habits are too light to be felt until they are too
heavy to be broken.”
Warren Buffett, American Business Magnet, Investor,
Philanthropist
As I see it. . . . . . . .
The weight . . . . of your habits
Good and productive habits have the weight of a feather . . . . and will lift your spirits. You will feel the wind at your back as your good and productive habits pushing you forward.
Expand your good and productive habits . . . . and you will find yourself rising to higher level of success.
The weight of carrying a bad habit . . . . feels like your carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders. The weight becomes so unbearable it becomes almost impossible to create any forward momentum.
With bad habits you will feel like your standing in quicksand . . . . and the weight of the bad habits is pulling you deeper and deeper into the quicksand until you can move and sink.
The best time to break a bad habit . . . . is before something becomes a habit and takes root.
Be careful of your routines . . . . as they are the start of new habits.
Keep your thinking positive . . . . and shut off bad habits before they are formed in your mind.
The minute you feel your developing a bad habit drop it off a bridge . . . . and watch it flow away . . . . and out of your life.
The weight . . . . of your habits will either lift you . . . . or sink you. Focus on creating the positive habits to lift you . . . . and your career to great heights.
