Last Short Sale Closed - Springfield Mo Real Estate

I wrote a post last month  - Last Short Sale Scheduled For Foreclosure .

Unbeknownst to me, after I picked up the sign and lock box the day of foreclosure, I received notice from the bank that they were still reviewing the file.

The following day, they approved the short sale and today, after working this file for 2 years, we successfully closed!

Little home!  Happy Sellers!  Happy ME!  Right now this is my last short sale after eight years of these being the best thing since butter for my income.

Thank you for your support and well wishes and remember.....we're never too busy for you or any of your referrals!

Kay, congratulations! You have what it takes, that's for sure. It still amazes me that lenders can be so short sighted and foolish. One would think they would have figured that out. But thanks to you, the seller avoided a foreclosure and the buyers have the home they wanted. Way to go!
