 In Hyde Park NY March 2016 there were fewer sales in the single family detached homes market.  Back then there were 12 compared to 9 this year.

The sale price to list price came in at 94 percent.

It was however noted that the average and median sale prices came in higher this March when compared to same time last year. (see chart below)

Homes sold 21 days faster this March a very positive trend. 

Of the 9 homes sold, 6 had 3 bedroom and 3 had 4 bedrooms 8 of the 9 had 2 or more bathrooms.  The homes ranged in size from 1416-3900 square foot and were built between 1910-2007.
