OK...so I must admit up front...I really like the Mansion in Melbourne, FL. They are a little bit different ...and they know it!

This place sort of seems like a bunch of bars, restaurants, deli, and wine store all wrapped together...and it works! The Mansion offers two distinct bars, one on the first floor is sort of a quiet pub that is a good place to meet a client or just chat. The upstairs bar is a great place to view the river, meet on a first date or just hang out with friends after work. Although the menu is the same, the upstairs and downstairs restaurant seating areas have a very different feel (I love going upstairs  after the sun goes down to enjoy our amazing Space Coast weather).

The menu itself is a mix of nice entrees (the salmon and pork chops get good reviews), burgers, salads, fish tacos (really good), and a nice dessert list. The bars are full service and carry 65 different brands of beer so you have a really good chance of finding something you like here. FYI: a bonus if you like wine...they have a wine store on the first floor...they price much of the wine for take-out or stay in...and the prices are reasonable if you choose to un-cork here!

The Mansion also offers a full take out deli with some cool little extras that you often cannot find around town. This is a great place to come and buy some nice take-out higher end deli food, a bottle of wine and a dessert or two for a romantic stay at home evening in!

The Mansion has it's own parking lot plus plenty of nearby street parking so finding a spot within close walking distance to this cool night spot is not a big deal (since it is in the Historic Downtown Melbourne area that can be an issue with other competitors).
