39 Ride and Dine Bus Crawl
We Love BuHi and MARTA Army are combining forces for a delicious bus crawl on Bus 39 along Buford Highway on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM!
Join on a public transit adventure as they visit exquisite restaurants, explore cavernous supermarkets and hear from distinguished speakers in Doraville, Chamblee, and Brookhaven. Residents and visitors of all ages are invited to see, taste and experience Buford Highway by bus, and engage in a conversation about smart, equitable growth, transit and pedestrian safety, and improved transportation infrastructure in the busy corridor.
Beginning at 6 p.m., teams of 12, each led by a valiant Captain, will depart the Doraville MARTA Station (6040 New Peachtree Road, Doraville, GA 30340) and travel a glorious route with multiple stops at restaurants and shopping centers in all three cities.
Each $15 ticket includes admission and food samples at each stop. They will try to accommodate your dietary preferences but cannot guarantee they can meet every request. Please email them prior to ticket purchase.
MARTA fare is NOT included in the ticket. Unless you have an unlimited monthly or weekly pass, participants should purchase a Day Pass at a kiosk in any MARTA station. Free parking is available at Doraville Station. Note that the ticket price will increase on April 20!
