Price per square foot in March was $289. This is down from $346 in February and down from $321 in March of 2015.
Inventory
Inventory this month is 34, the same as last month. New listings of 11 in March were down modestly from 12 in February and down considerably from 15 in March of 2015. Months of supply this month is 3.7, the same as last month.
Market Time
Days on market of 103 in March was down a little from 112 in February and down slightly from 117 in March of 2015.
