Crested Butte Mountain Resort has released a Pre Season Stoke video for your enjoyment... or maybe as a cruel tease. You can decide. With ski season behind us, we are left to anxiously wait for the snow to melt and the mud to dry enough to hit the single track. Crested Butte and the surrounding back country will transform into the amazing playground that can be credited for inspiring some of the first mountain bikes. Soon, the Evolution Bike Park on Crested Butte Mountain Resort will open, offering lift access to over 30 miles of trails on the resort. In addition to the lift served terrain, countless well maintained trails offer a unique mountain experience for riders of all levels. The short video highlights some of the park features as well as the wildflower filled fields, mountain views, high altitude scenery and forrest trails that you can expect to find as a mountain biker in the Crested Butte area. In addition to getting out and riding, keep your eye on the calendar for some awesome bike related events like the Crested Butte Bike Week, Gravity Slave, Pinnacle Bike Race Series and the West Elk Bicycle Classic.
