On April 20, 2016, PropertyRadar reported single-family homes and condominium sales jumped 34.1% to 33.365 in March of 2016 from 24,886 in February of 2016, but decreased 4.7% of 35,023 units from March of 2015. While, the median price increased 6.4% to $415,000 in March of 2016 from February of 2016
median price of $390,000, but gained 5.6% to price of $393,000 from March of 2015 in California.
Investors flipped home sales rose 26.1% March of 2016 from February of 2016, and up 12.5% from March of 2015. Flip sales were 3.7% of total sale in March of 2016. Cash sales were higher 18.9% in March of 2016 from February of 2016, and fell 10.6% from March of 2015; While, cash sales were 22.1% of total sale in March of 2016 in California.
