Thanks, Grant, it's so true.  Tragedies like the 3 year old in a hot car in Texas to falls out of windows in the city.  Better safe than sorry and it's an easy fix and prevention.  Thanks for your comment.

Thanks, Roy, sorry for delay...we were out at the Servpro Convention all last week and home late this Sat.  Appreciate the comment and sad to say, a child fell in NYC this weekend and fell 16 stories.  It's a big deal here in NY...miss Maryland horse country where we grew up!
