I hear sellers are doing quite well in the San Antonio area. They would be smart to get their team in place, even if they are months away from putting their housue on the market. Homeowners don't always spend their money wisely when deciding what to fix before putting a home on the market. I hope the San ANtonio sellers call you first Jerry.
