The number of condo listings in both zip codes shows a significant increase which may mean that more condo owners are confident in the market and ready to move up. The increased number of listings in 91941 is also interesting as this area includes more luxury custom homes than are found in 91942, perhaps indicating that homeowners who lacked equity to sell since 2007 are finally seeing a light at the end of the tunnel.
