La Costa Villas: Great Investment Bonus

By
Managing Real Estate Broker with San Diego Previews Real Estate CA BRE# 01101958

Investors are moving back into the coastal San Diego real estate market with impatient wallets.

They are seeking well-priced foreclosures, pre-negotiated short sales and real estate investments with income streams.

So-called bargains in sub-marginal areas may not be the wisest San Diego real estate investment move. Perceived bargains in outlying markets may be nothing of the sort, and we persistently advise our clients to stay with blue chip real estate investments--especially in these volatile economic times.

We recently received a whisper from La Costa Resort and Spa that buyers of their Villas will receive up to $125,000 at closing for leasing their properties back to them for two years. And of course, there is always the option of using the condos as well.

This is a very limited offer, as only a few of the La Costa Resort Villas whole-ownership, luxury condominiums remain. Each is fully furnished (just pack a toothbrush) with designer decor and high-end amenities throughout, and is located on the grounds of the world-class La Costa Resort and Spa.

The bonuses included with this offer are remarkable. Click to continue reading

Good Morning, THis makes perfect sense. The noticed declines in prices and the many incentives should be attracting the investors back. It certainly is attracting foreign buyers at record pace. With the depressed dollar, it is like from a 25 to 50% discount. When the market stabilizes and we once again see a more normal appreciation, the Return On and the Return Of Investment will generate a great deal of investment capital that may well find itself re-invested in land and real property. That will trickle down to opportunities for everyone. Some signs are very encouraging. The biggest problem we face nationally and locally is getting some of the more onerous underwriting guidelines streamlined or illuminated and get back to more stable lending practices. It will happen it just takes a while till the sting of the past is minimized over time.

Hi Roberta, It has been a while since you have been on and checking in to see if you are OK. BTW, Guess where I was this week. I was invited to the Golden Door Spa on Thursday. I had a fabulous luncheon with a close family friend and we just had the best time. I sneaked some photos but I can't post them or I could get here in trouble but I did a 15 sec video of the gates opening for me, I suppose I could use that if I can get some time to write something worth while.

Hope you are well and had a Beautiful  and Happy Mother's Day. Hope is was so special for you.
